Speed and stability meet increased freedom.

A shape with even more stability, speed, and freedom

A shape with more stability, speed, and freedom now adds a larger 150cm version. For over a ¼ century Parks Bonifay has continually refined wakeboards; this shape has the biggest, sweet spot in the middle with even more volume in the tip/tail and an easier release off the wake with a rounded profile. Over the decades of Parks’s wakeboarding journey aggressive, reactive, and explosive have been replaced with smoother, less strain, and predictable. That started with the rockerline – we created an arc that allows any rider to go into the wake blindfolded and they will know exactly how the board will lift off the water every time. This easy take off also has more glide speed putting less strain on your body. To give the rider fast, free cutbacks, we “borrowed” technology from the golf industry and ran dimples through the entire bottom of the board to reduce friction from the water and create a board that will break free unlike any other shape out there. We continue to reduce the side cut of this series, and that added volume makes it easier to ride at slower speeds with more controlled landings.

WAKEBOARD 101

3-STAGE ROCKER

An exaggerated rocker line with a later arc and a higher degree provides a more straight up explosive pop. This style of rocker creates more of an instant buck off the wake (combine that with our Blackout Technology to experience everything a wake has to offer), for riders that are behind a big boat wake. Wakeboarders riding behind smaller wakes will still feel like they are getting a solid kick as well.

HYBRID ROCKER

A combination of the traits of 3-Stage and Continuous rocker lines. Designed for a high-end rider that, depending on how they edge into the wake, the rocker will dictate what style of snap they will have. Also, for a mid-level rider that isn’t sure what style of hangtime they are looking for.

CONTINUOUS ROCKER

An earlier arc with a mellower degree will have a smoother, more consistent glide up the wake. A rider will be able to carry more speed up the transition and land tricks farther out into the flats. Not quite the straight up snap of its counterpart, but they’ll have a faster, more predictable, effortless takeoff.

INSTANT ENERGY

Instant energy takes place the second the tip of the board hits the wake. This allows a quicker way to generate lift off the transition as energy takes place sooner with a super firm snap off the wake. For riders that can handle the added kick. We rate all our boards from 1 to 10.

NEUTRAL ENERGY

Doesn’t have the radioactive amplitude of instant energy, or the postponed kick of its stored counterpart. Neutral energy prefers to sit quietly in the middle of takeoff purgatory – not too quick, not too late. Nothing wrong with riding sans stigma.

STORED ENERGY

Created for a rider who approaches and leaves the wake the way a snowboarder would a kicker or a skater would an ollie. The delay in the energy means the rider is given more time to generate the full lift from the power building from the tip all the way to the tail of the board. If riders don’t have that snow / skate timing off the wake – no problem – they will just have a mellower lift. A construction that’s easier on your body.
